Fakta emphasizes the study of Islamic family law and Islamic law in Islamic countries in general and specifically in Indonesia by emphasizing the theories of Islamic family law and Islamic law and its practices in the Islamic world that developed in attendance through publications of articles and book reviews.
Starting in 2024 Faktais published 2 times a year (Juny, and Desember). Articles are written in Indonesian, English, or Arabic. All published articles are available online.
